GKB1053: My Dearself

Hi there, I have a poem that describes myself and all things you lots wondered about me are in there. So have fun!

The day is gloomy as always,
With a soulless gesture, she wiped her tears away,
Thinking an unbearable pain in her,
Eyeing on everyone in joys of their own figures.

Searching for the one thing,
That sets the pain away,
Stick like legs was what she dreamt,
the figure resembles an hourglass she wished every day.

Years passed, she spent too long,
Wondering, questioning,
Does she deserve to be like them?

Not a soul can get along,
Not with this look, she says,
Deserves not to be alive,
At least, in a stable where she belongs

In time she stumbled upon it,
She marched with fierce soul,
Hoping for peace and inner calm,
She begins, to witness, to put faith,

She now a new girl,
Complete with courage,

She taught us to love ourselves sweetly
Told that mirror is the foe,
Told us to let the thoughts lit you up,
And let the colours of our soul to shine bright.

Let the people see you,
Deeply to reveal the real you.
